ತ್ರಿಮೂರ್ತಿ ಕಾಫಿ 

ಕಾಫೀಂಬ್ರಹ್ಮಮಿದಂ ಸರ್ವ ಸೃಶ್ಠಿಕಾರ್ತಂ।
ಸಯೇವ ವಿಷ್ಣುಃ ಮಮ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕಾರ್ತಂ।
ರುದ್ರಃ ಸಹ ಸರ್ವ ಯೋಚನಾ ನಾಶಣಾರ್ತಂ।
ಕಾಫೀತ್ರಯಂ ಪಿಭಾಮಿ ಮಮ ಆನಂದಾರ್ತಂ॥

Coffee is for creation of ideas and a brahma swaroopi
It is a nourisher to preserve, protect us like the Maha Vishnu. 
Coffee is a stimulant and as a destroyer like lord shiva, killing moroseness and depression. 
Coffee is  Trimurti swaroopi as in a Creator, preserver and the destroyer

ತ್ರಿವೇಣಿ ಕಾಫಿ (shathaavadhaani Ganesh ಪ್ರೇರಿತ)

ಕ್ಷೀರಾಂ ಭಾಗೀರತೀಂ ಜನ್ಯಾಂ।
ಯಮ ಸಹೋದರೀಂ ತಥಾಂ।
ಶರ್ಕರಾಂ ಮಿಲೀನಂ ತಾಂ।
ವಿದ್ಯಾಧರೀಂ ಗುಪ್ತಗಾಮಿನೀಂ।
ತಂಮ್ಮಿಶ್ರಿತ ಪಾನೀಯಂ।
ಕಾಪೀಮಹಂ ಪಿಬಸ್ಮಿ ಭೋ॥
Coffee that has the whiteness of milk as that of Ganga
With it adds the dark decoction like Yama’s sister, Yamuna (who is dark in colour)
To this, we add sugar, which dissolves without a trace, but is still there like the guptagamini river Saraswati.
It is this Triveni sangama that we drink, when we have coffee.

ಕೊಡಗಿನ ಕಾಫಿ

ಯತ್ರ ಜನ್ಯತೇ ಕಾವೇರೀ।
ಸಹ್ಯಾದ್ರೀ ಪರ್ವತ ಮಂಡಲೆ॥
ತದಿದಂ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರೇ ಪ್ರಸೂತಮಿದಂ।
ಕಾಫೀಂಮಹಂ ಪಿಭಸ್ಮಿ ಭೋ॥
Where Cauvery begins her journey, that place nestled amongst the Sahyadri mountains, it is that  coffee which is born in such as pious land of Kodagu is what we drink with reverence.

ಸಮುದ್ರ ಮಥನದ ಕಾಫಿ (ಇದು  Sri shathaavadhaani Ganesh ಅವರಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದು)

ಕಾಲಕೂಟಂತು ದೈತ್ಯಾನಾಂ।
ಪೀಯೂಷಂತು ದೈವತಾಂ।
ತದಕ್ಷರಸಂಯೋಗಾತ್‌।
ಕಾಪೀ ಭೂಲೋಕವಾಸಿನಾಂ॥
when the great churn happened, a deadly poison called Kaalakoota came out and it was to be served to people of the nether world or the daityas. 
Similarly a positive outcome of that great churn was the Piyoosha or the eternal nectar which got served to the heavenly celestials.
The Ka of kaalakoota and pi of piyoosha was mixed made into kapi and served to us the mortals of this world.

ಬ್ಲೆಂಡ್‌ ಕಾಫಿ

ಅರೇಬಿಕಾ ರೊಬಸ್ಟಂಚ।
ಪೀಬರೀ ಚಿಕೋರೀಂ ತಥಾ।
ಭೃಷ್ಟಾ ದಂಶ್ಟ್ರಾ  ಉಷ್ಣಜಲೇ  ಪರಿಶ್ಕೃತ್ಯ।
ಕಾಪೀಂಮಹಂ ಪಿಭಸ್ಮಿ ಭೋ॥

ಕಾಫಿಯ ವೈವಿದ್ಯತೆ

ಕಪೂಚೀನೋ, ಕಫೇ ಲಾಟೇ,
ಅಮೆರಿಕಾನೋ, ಮಾಖಿಯಾಟೋ ತಥಾ।
ಎಸ್ಪ್ರೆಸೋ, ಕೋಲ್ಡು ಹಾಟಂಚ
ವಿವಿಧ ರೂಪೇಣ ಪಿಭಸ್ಮಿ ಭೋ॥

ಶುಗರು ಲೆಸ್ಸು ,ಸ್ಟ್ರಾಂಗು, ಲೈಟು

ಮೀಟರ್ರು,ಡಿಗರೀ, ಉಷ್ಣಚ ಶೀತಲೇ।
ದರ್ಶಿನೀ, ಉಡುಪೀ ಸ್ಟಾರು ಹೋಟ್ಲೇ
ಕಾಫೀಂ ಅಹಂ ಪಿಭಸ್ಮಿ ಭೋ॥

ಪಶ್ಶಂತೀ ಏ ವಿವಿಧ ರೂಪಾಣಿ ಭೂತ್ವ
ಏ ಮಮ ಜಿಹ್ವಾಹಿ ವಿಜ್ರುಂಬತಿ ಜೀತ್ವ।
ಏನ ಮನ ಕ್ಲೇಶ ದುಃಖ ಕಾಲ ಹಠತ್ವ
ಪಿಬತ್ವಹಂ ತಂ ದಿವ್ಯ ಕಾಫೀಂ॥

ಕಾಫೀ ಮಂಗಳ ಶ್ಲೋಕ

ಯ ಇಂದಂ ಪ್ರಾತಃ ಪೀಯತೆ ನಿತ್ಯಂ
ಮಾಧ್ಯಾನೆ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ ಕಾಲೇ ತಥಾ।

ನಿಸ್ಚಿಂತ್ಯಂ ನಿಸ್ಚಿತಂ ಸತ್ಯಂ
ಪ್ರಾಪ್ನೋತಿ ತಥ ಧೀರ್ಘಾಮಾಯುಃ॥
